Class Guidelines

We want your experience to be uplifting, safe and memorable.  We incorporate Philosophy, Meditation, Breathwork and Movement into our classes for a fullfilling experience.

Our studio is equipped with mats, blocks, straps, blankets and chairs
but feel free to bring your own equipment.

Yoga is best done in bare feet. Plan ahead and bring clean feet. We will provide wipes for your feet and for your mat.

The emphasis on alignment in yoga requires that the teacher be able to see your body structure.

Please avoid wearing loose or baggy clothes. Workout clothes that stretch with your body are ideal.

Tai Chi is done standing.  Please wear comfotable shoes and clothes that  allow you to move easily.

Avoid eating heavy meals within two hours of class.

Avoid wearing perfumes or other aromatic products, many people are allergic.

Please leave cell phones, pagers, or any other modern communication devices outside the studio.

Arrive on time for class. Bring an open mind, an open heart and a willingness to learn and to work.

This is a sanctuary for you.

"Learn to listen to the voice within yourself.  Your body and mind will become one, and you will realize the unity of all things."
